If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free returns and exchanges process.

Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Footwear: Due to health and safety reasons, footwear must be tried on with care and cannot be returned if the soles show signs of wear or if the original packaging is damaged.
• Knitwear & Sweats: These items are considered intimate apparel for hygiene purposes and are non-returnable unless defective.

Please note that this policy is in place to protect all our customers and ensure the quality of our products.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. Please do not return any items without an RMA number, as it may delay processing.
3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order details.
4. Ship the Item: Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note:

• Refunds for credit/debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
• Refunds for PayPal payments will be credited to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and approved. We will ship the new item at no additional shipping cost to you (for exchanges of equal or greater value).

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. For returns originating outside the United States, any customs duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
