Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer global shipping to most regions (excluding Asia and select remote areas).

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Flat rate fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase from Modern Menswear. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

To uphold the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all our customers, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective:

• Footwear: For health and safety reasons, footwear cannot be returned if the soles show any signs of wear or if the original packaging is damaged.
• Knitwear & Sweats: Considered intimate apparel for hygiene purposes, these items are final sale.

All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow these simple steps to ensure your return or exchange is processed efficiently:

1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our Customer Service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange. Using the template below will help expedite your request.
2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please do not ship any items back without this number.
3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order details.
4. Ship the Item: Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
• Exchanges: Your new item will be shipped at no additional cost to you (for exchanges of equal or greater value) once the original return is received and approved.
