A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation that the goods you ordered have been dispatched to you.

We offer global shipping to most regions excluding Asia and select remote areas. If you are located in an area we do not ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

4.2 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

4.3 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch. Flat rate fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

4.4 Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery resulting from postal delays or force majeure events. 5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 15 days of you receiving your order.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

To uphold the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all our customers, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective:

• Footwear: For health and safety reasons, footwear cannot be returned if the soles show any signs of wear or if the original packaging is damaged.
• Knitwear & Sweats: Considered intimate apparel for hygiene purposes, these items are final sale.

All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
3. Wait for approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and labels.
5. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions using a tracked shipping service.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

5.4 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
• PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
